Soprano

Mary Saint-Palais, French soprano, trained at the CNSMDP with the baritone Robert Massar, is Professor at the ESM-Pôle Supérieur de Bourgogne and at Rueil-Malmaison National Conservatory – CRR.

She trains singers in professional training leading to a diploma: National Higher Professional Diploma of Performing Musician, State Teacher’s Diploma. In partnership with Paris Superior conservatory – CNSMDP : Mary Saint-Palais also trains artists for the French teaching diploma singing C.A. She regularly intervenes in masterclasses and juries of recruitment competitions (choir artists, teachers).

Mary Saint-Palais career, first oriented in Baroque Music with William Christie, brought her to the stages of Operas in Europe: Geneva, Amsterdam, Liège, Paris, Frankfurt, Tours, Bordeaux, Marseille… where she excelled in Mozart roles. in Die Zauberflöte, Le Nozze di Figaro…

She defends the French repertoire in notable productions, notably that of Offenbach’s Brigands, Pelléas et Mélisande, Jenufa or the Dialogues des Carmélites, with José Van Dam, Gabriel Bacquier, Karine Deshayes…

Passionnée par les créations, elle travaille avec Daniel Kawka, Georges Aperghis et se produit pour Luciano Berio dans Re in Ascolto sur les scènes de Genève et Francfort. Elle participe à la création du Vase de Parfum d’Olivier Py et Suzanne Giraud, et Olivier Py l’invite à rejoindre la troupe du Théâtre de l’Odéon pour l’Orestie.
