Scope of application: The student agrees with the Arcangelo Alsace association (Association law 1908 – Register of associations of Kaysersberg Volume 10 Folio 5), owner of the registered trademark Musicalta.

Registration:As the number of students per professor is limited, the management reserves the right to close registrations for a class considered complete in agreement with the professor concerned.

Payment: Full payment for the academy must be made within the time limits indicated on the registration form. Otherwise, registration will not be taken into account, without the student being able to claim any compensation. Registration for a complementary course or for an option for a given period will only be accepted after payment of principal courses fees over the same period.

Withdrawal – reimbursement: In the event of withdrawal of a teacher, the management reserves the right to replace him with another teacher without the student being able to claim any reimbursement. Any withdrawal by the student less than 45 days before the start date of the Academy session will not result in any reimbursement of the fees paid. In the event of withdrawal more than 45 days before the start date of the Academy session, a refund will be offered, less the application fee (160 €).

Teaching: Teachers are only bound by an obligation of means towards students. Any student being unsatisfied with the quality of the teacher’s character will not be able to engage the responsibility of Musicalta. Students are required to attend their courses at the time specified by the teacher.

Force majeure – Unforeseen: In the event of an event of force majeure or an unforeseen event (in particular in the event of unavailability following a government measure to close public reception areas for health or other reasons), making it impossible continuation of the academy, the management of Musicalta will be forced to put an end to the academy. The students will have to leave the premises and the parents will come to pick up their minor child. Credits will be established for the postponement of courses not given and paid by the students (special case of Covid 19 – refunds or credits will be offered).

Good faith and loyalty:The intern agrees to immediately report to management any problem or material difficulty encountered during the academy and in particular if he notices inappropriate behavior (abuse, harassment, argument, etc.).

Health: The intern agrees to immediately report any health problem or symptom to the medical manager, in particular due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so that diagnostic and isolation measures can be taken. The association reserves the right to apply the health security measures when students first arrive on campus (proof of vaccination, proof of a negative test of less than 48 to 72 hours depending on travel situations). Image: The Musicalta Academy reserves the right for promotional purposes to take, hold and distribute the images (photos, videos) taken during the academy in any form of medium whatsoever, both by photographic process and by recordings, audios or videos, unless the student expressly opposes his image rights. The images are acquired definitively, for the benefit of Musicalta whatever the period of use of these images and without any payment.

“Information technology and freedom” law:Musicalta undertakes to protect the privacy of its students by respecting the regulations in force in France.

As every class size is limited, the management reserves the right to close bookings in one class, as soon as the maximum number of participants is reached. Full payment of the academy has to be made ​​no later than July 10, 2021. Otherwise, the registration will not be taken into account, without the student able to claim any compensation. Non residential minor students in campus are under the responsibility of their parents and are taken in charge by the Academy only during their music course(s). Access to campus is restricted to enrolled students as well as staff employed. The association is not responsible for theft or damage to instruments or students personal items. Failure of the student to the bylaws of the association and the campus school as well as safety rules cause the immediate exclusion. In the event of damage to interior and exterior furniture, deterioration or theft, Musicalta reserves the right to charge the student the cost of repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts incurred.

I entrust the organisers with the medical decisions that might have to be taken in case of emergency.

The Musicalta Academy reserves the right to use, for promotional purposes, retain, and broadcast images (photo and video) as well as audio recordings taken during the Academy sessions regardless of the format or medium employed. The images and audio recordings are stored permanently for use by the Musicalta Academy for an unlimited period of time and without payment.
