Academy - Terms and conditions

Scope of application: The student agrees with the Arcangelo Alsace association (Association law 1908 – Register of associations of Kaysersberg Volume 10 Folio 5), owner of the registered trademark Musicalta.

Registration: As the number of students per professor is limited, the management reserves the right to close registrations for a class considered complete in agreement with the professor concerned.

Payment: Full payment for the academy must be made within the time limits indicated on the registration form. Otherwise, registration will not be taken into account, without the student being able to claim any compensation. Registration for a complementary course or for an option for a given period will only be accepted after payment of principal courses fees over the same period.

Withdrawal – reimbursement:In the event of withdrawal of a teacher, the management reserves the right to replace him with another teacher without the student being able to claim any reimbursement. Any withdrawal by the student less than 45 days before the start date of the Academy session will not result in any reimbursement of the fees paid. In the event of withdrawal more than 45 days before the start date of the Academy session, a refund will be offered, less the application fee (160 €).

Teaching: Teachers are only bound by an obligation of means towards students. Any student being unsatisfied with the quality of the teacher’s character will not be able to engage the responsibility of Musicalta. Students are required to attend their courses at the time specified by the teacher.

Force majeure – Unforeseen: In the event of an event of force majeure or an unforeseen event (in particular in the event of unavailability following a government measure to close public reception areas for health or other reasons), making it impossible continuation of the academy, the management of Musicalta will be forced to put an end to the academy. The students will have to leave the premises and the parents will come to pick up their minor child. Credits will be established for the postponement of courses not given and paid by the students (special case of Covid 19 – refunds or credits will be offered).

Good faith and loyalty:The intern agrees to immediately report to management any problem or material difficulty encountered during the academy and in particular if he notices inappropriate behavior (abuse, harassment, argument, etc.).

Health: The intern agrees to immediately report any health problem or symptom to the medical manager, in particular due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so that diagnostic and isolation measures can be taken. The association reserves the right to apply the health security measures when students first arrive on campus (proof of vaccination, proof of a negative test of less than 48 to 72 hours depending on travel situations).

Image: The Musicalta Academy reserves the right for promotional purposes to take, hold and distribute the images (photos, videos) taken during the academy in any form of medium whatsoever, both by photographic process and by recordings, audios or videos, unless the student expressly opposes his image rights.
