Sinn Yang studied under Max Speermann at the „Hochschule für Musik Würzburg” and under Professor Thomas Brandis at the „Musikhochschule Lübeck”, where she gained her final diploma in the soloist class in 2009.

After her Diploma, Sinn Yang worked as concertmaster inter alia at the „Staatstheater Nürnberg”, the „Deutschen Oper Berlin” and the „Luzerner Sinfonieorchester”.

2017 and 2018 Sinn Yang played in the „Leipziger Gewandhausorchester”.

As a Soloist, Sinn Yang played among others with the „Deutsches Sinfonie-Orchester Berlin”, the „Nürnberger Philharmonikern”, the „Kammerorchester Carl-Phillip-Emanuel Bach” and the „Südwestdeutschen Kammerorchester” under conductors like Michael Sanderling, Wolfram Christ and Christoph Perick.

Sinn Yang played chamber music in concerts with Thomas Brandis, Barbara Westphal, Jens-Peter Maintz as well as the Henschel Quartett.

With Harald Oeler (classical accordion) she forms the duo „Via!”. They played their program „8 Jahreszeiten” at concerts like the „Heidelberger Frühling”, the festival „Opere” in Bracchiano/Italy, in Helsinki and in Daejun/South Korea.

Sinn Yang released successful CDs at OehmsClassic both as a soloist and as the duo „Via!”.

For the „Bayerischen Rundfunk” she recorded Bertold Hummels „Suite für Violine Solo op. 78″.

In 2008 Sinn Yang won in Berlin the violin competition „Ton und Erklärung – Werkvermittlung in Musik und Wort” which was initiated by the „Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e.V.” and in 2009 she won the „Kulturförderpreis” of her hometown Würzburg.

Since 2016 Sinn Yang works as adjunct faculty member at the „Hochschule für Musik, Würzburg”.
Several of her students achieved prizes at the National German Competition „Jugend Musiziert”
