Haruka Tsuyama was born in Tokyo – Japan. She began her piano studies with Prof. Keiko Higuchi at the Tokyo College of Music High School. Already after three years she graduated the soloist class at the Tokyo College of Music with Prof. Takashi Hironaka and Prof. Keiko Higuchi. She completed her diploma examination and Meiterklasse with “excellent” at the University of Music in W\u00fcrzburg, Germany with Prof. Bernd Glemser.<\/p>\n
She received further artistic inspiration from Makiko Takeda-Herms, G\u00fcnter Ludwig and Arnulf von Arnim. She also attended masterclasses with Dimitri Bashkirov, Pavel Gililov, Jacques Rouvier, Lilya Zilberstein, G\u00fcnter Ludwig, Einar Steen N\u00f6kleberg, Detlef Klaus and chamber music courses with Denise Benda, Gordon Back, K\u00f6lner Klaviertrio.<\/p>\n
She won a second prize at the “Concorso Internazionale Premio Franz Schubert” in Italy and a second prize at the Steinway Wettweberb in Munich and a second prize at the Padova Competition as a chamber musician in Italy. She received a prize at the International Summer Academy Mozarteum in Salzburg.<\/p>\n
She performed in Germany at the “Kasseler Musiktage”, in the Steingraeber-Haus in Bayreuth, in the Bruchsal Castle by Kiwanis Club, in Steinway Haus in Munich and at the “Racconigi Festival\u201d in Italy. She has played with the N\u00fcrnberger Symphoniker. She was elected as a recital series by the Japan Performing Federation in Opera City and Cultural Agency sponsored . In Salzburg she performed in the prizewinner concert as part of the Salzburg Festival in the Great Hall of the Mozarteum Foundation. She is responsible for the first release of a music of Markus Lehmann-Horn and the corresponding CD.<\/p>\n
