Her artistic path is marked by a strong affinity for chamber music and collective forms of performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2011, she co-founded Duo Miroirs, a pianistic laboratory devoted to the repertoire for piano four hands and two pianos. Prizewinners of international competitions, the duo performs regularly in festivals and historic venues in France and across Europe (Orangerie de Sceaux, Festival de Sylvanes, Palazzetto Bru Zane in Venice). Their work has been supported by the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Musical Patronage program since 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, Marion Jacquard maintains an ongoing dialogue with voice and stage performance. She collaborates with the world of dance\u2014most notably at the Op\u00e9ra Garnier with \u00e9toile dancer Agn\u00e8s Letestu\u2014as well as with opera, developing a deeply embodied listening approach to musical gesture. She also worked with the Lyon Opera Children\u2019s Choir (Ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019Op\u00e9ra de Lyon) between 2015 and 2017. This artistic openness directly informs her pedagogical approach. <\/span><\/p>\n

She pays particular attention to the chamber music repertoire and to ensemble piano practice. <\/span><\/p>\n

Her interest in transmission is also expressed through her work with young singers and instrumentalists. <\/span><\/p>\n

The granddaughter of geneticist Albert Jacquard, Marion and her grandfather were invited to share their convictions by highlighting the mutual contributions of scientific thought and music during numerous lecture-concerts in Canada, Sweden, Belgium, and France. <\/span><\/p>\n

Holding a Master\u2019s degree in pedagogy, Marion Jacquard has been teaching at the Geneva Conservatory of Music since 2018, guiding students in the development of a thoughtful and personal musical identity. Her teaching, like her artistic journey, advocates an open, demanding, and deeply human vision of the piano. <\/span><\/p>\n
