<\/a>Fabian Jardon was born on November 16, 1973 in Verviers. Fabian Jardon was born in Verviers on November 16, 1973. After studying with Guido Jardon at his hometown Conservatory, he went on to win prizes in various national competitions:<\/span><\/p>\n- \n
- first prize in the Cr\u00e9dit Communal competition.<\/span><\/li>\n
- the Andr\u00e9e Charlier Foundation prize.<\/span><\/li>\n
- the Gunther Grand Prix.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
He then trained with Juliette Longr\u00e9e-Poumay at the Conservatoire Royal de Musique de Li\u00e8ge and at the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth, graduating with great distinction and virtuosity.<\/span><\/p>\n
For 2 years, he also studied with Dominique Cornil at the Conservatoire Royal de Musique de Bruxelles.<\/span><\/p>\n
During masterclasses, he benefits from the advice of Serge Colot, Abdel Rahman El Bacha,<\/span><\/p>\n
Laurent Cabasso and Evelyne Brancart.<\/span><\/p>\n
Fabian Jardon is a laureate of the Fondation Belge de la Vocation and of several competitions:<\/span><\/p>\n

- the Tenuto competition, with the Sabam special prize for his interpretation of Jean Absil’s 1st Concerto Op. 30, a work he performed for VRT and RTBF with the Vlaams Radio Orkest conducted by Frank Shipway.<\/span><\/li>\n
- the European Musical Institute’s international piano competition in Besan\u00e7on, with top marks and congratulations from the jury.<\/span><\/li>\n
- the Mathilde Horlait Dapsens competition, where he distinguished himself in the company of the violinist Elisabeth Deletaille. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
He has performed both as a soloist and in chamber ensembles: Ravello Festival (Italy), concerts at the Conservatoire de Saint-Claude (France), Sunday Morning Concerts in Verviers, recitals for RTBF Musique 3, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
With teaching at the heart of his activities, Fabian Jardon teaches piano at the IMEP, the Institut Royal Sup\u00e9rieur de Musique et de P\u00e9dagogie in Namur.<\/span><\/p>\n
Since September 2018, he has also been Director of the Keyboards and Methodology Department.<\/span><\/p>\n
His experience has led him to take part in various missions abroad:<\/span><\/p>\n

- at the Institut National des Arts de Kinshasa in December 2015<\/span><\/li>\n
- at the Central Conservatory of China in Beijing, where he was invited to sit on the jury for the piano section entrance exams in February 2019.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Passionate about singing and lyric art in particular, Fabian Jardon is Secretary and member of the CIALN Commission (International Lyrical Art Competition of Namur).<\/span><\/p>\n
Since 2021, he has been a member of the E.P.T.A Belgium (European Piano Teachers Association) Wallonia-Brussels.<\/span><\/p>\n
