Chamber music<\/h4>\n

The chamber music course may be chosen as an option or as a major.<\/p>\n

Chamber music groups are formed on site according to the level and repertoire chosen.<\/p>\n

Led by renowned musicians who teach at conservatories and higher education institutions around the world, these courses are open to all instrumentalists.<\/p>\n

For your information : When chamber music is chosen as a major, you may choose your teacher. When chamber music is chosen as an option, teachers divide students among themselves according to the groups formed (no choice of teacher is to be indicated).<\/em><\/p>\n

Sight reading<\/h4>\n

Sight-reading classes are open to all instrumentalists for sessions supervised by Junko Fukuda-Gros, accompanist and professor at the CRR in Lyon.<\/span><\/p>\n

A graduate of the National University of Japan in Utsunomiya (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in music education), Tokyo University of the Arts (Master’s degree in musicology, specializing in music theory), and the CNSMD in Lyon (piano accompaniment), Junko Fukuda-Gros has been teaching music for many years in France and Japan. <\/span><\/p>\n

A renowned concert pianist and accompanist, she shares her experience and passion for teaching music with students.<\/span><\/p>\n

The option includes 1.5 hours of work to be spread out over the course (for example, three 30-minute sessions).<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Learn techniques to manage your chronic stress and occasional stress<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Become aware of your body , release physical and mental tensions<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Calm inner speech and parasitic thoughts , clarify the mind<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Get in touch with your emotions and intuition to know how to use them<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Be aware of your limits so as not to get hurt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Finally, have personal resources and strategies to manage your stress.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In Sophrology , we will practice BREATHING exercises , Dynamic Relaxations ( gentle body movements) and positive VISUALIZATIONS . This, sitting on a chair or standing. <\/span><\/p>\n

    This technique is based on non-judgment, a benevolent intention towards oneself,
    listening and conscious presence.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Course organization:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Group lessons lasting 1 hour will take place every day from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.<\/span>

    In Yin Yoga, we practice postures in relaxation and gentleness, in stillness and using breathing to release tension. This way of practicing allows deep relaxation to reach the FASCIAS. The practice is done lying on a mat and using cushions and yoga blocks so that everyone can adapt the postures according to their possibilities (each body is different). <\/span><\/p>\n

    In my classes, no posture is imposed, everyone practices according to their abilities of the day, their desires and following their feelings. Performance is forgotten here to make way for listening. <\/span><\/p>\n
