Laurence Ketels, violin professor and Annick Roussin assistant and Mireille Deguy, Singing and choral technique professor both teachers at the Lyon CNSMD (Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique et de Danse) joins the acdemy teachers team from the 21st to the 31st of July 2008.

A new video has been added to the video section   of this web site ! This small video segment features a short extract of the St. John Passion by J.S. Bach played by the 2007's Musicalta Students Chorus and Orchestra the 26th of July in the Rouffach church.

This year, the academy 2008 will take place:

• From the 21st to the 31st of july 2008 (Session 1)
• From the 1st to the 11th of august 2008 (Session 2)

Julien Beaudiment was recently nominated to assist Philippe Bernold at the CNSMD (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse) of Lyon.

Pascal Contet was nominated for the French "Victoires du Jazz 2007" ceremony in the Artist/Band of the Year category for his record "NU" with Bruno Chevillon (string bass) and François Corneloup (saxophone).

Pascal Contet will teach accordion and lead the improvisation workshops at the academy from july 21 to july 31st 2007.
