This summer, in order to complete our course schedule around personal development, Musicalta offers an individualized and fitted workshop with Thibault Espérandieu, osteopath. Two different types of interventions during the two sessions of the academy are planned :

• Lectures on different themes essential to musicians (Standing posture – Sitting posture – Breathing – Understanding of the musician's body – Stretching exercises for musicians).
• Individual sessions to work on your posture and your muscular tensions.

What's the goal?

• Decreasing pain and rigidity, and eliminating the risks of “blockage” that could prevent you from practising.
• Teaching you how to reduce your nervous tension and stress and helping to become calmer, allowing to reach quality work.
