Born in 1976, Sébastien Koebel begins his studies at Mulhouse and Strasbourg Conservatory and at PARIS CNR - Conservatoire Superieur de Paris with Richard Vieille and Franck Amet.

He carried on studying at PARIS CNSM - Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Michel Arignon, Alain Damiens and Maurice Bourgues classes.

At the age of 21 years, Sébastien Koebel is nominated soloist at STRASBOURG Philharmonic Orchestra and teacher at the SRASBOURG CNR - Conservatoire National de Région.

He finishes his musical studies at PARIS CNSM and obtained a First Price in 1999.

Sébastien Koebel performes regularly as a soloist with the STRASBOURG Philharmonic Orchestra and with other orchestras.

He also often performes in chamber music and he is member of the Erasme Quintett.
