Philippe Bary
Philippe Bary won the first prize in cello and
chamber music at the Paris "CNSM". He successively played with the Republican
Guard's Symphonic Orchestra and then with the Paris Opera's National Theatre
Orchestra (Orchestre du Théâtre National de l'Opéra de Paris). In the same time, he was nominated assistant
professor of Maurice Gendron at the Paris "CNSM". He takes part in a lot of concerts in France and
abroad, he plays in festivals and for TV and radio shows. He plays in duet with the pianist Veronique Roux
and is a member of the Cord Trio Millière. Pieces of Ancelin, Roussei, Ravel, Cras, Martinu,
Jolivet, Schmitt, Gossec and Mozart are to be found in his discography, He is actually assistant professor of Philippe
Muller at the Paris "CNSM" and also teaches at the various conservatoires of
Paris. |
