Claire Louwagie
Claire Louwagie studied flute with Georges Alirol
and then at the "Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique" of Lyon in
Maxence Larrieu's class in which she won unanimously the first flute prize and
the first chamber music prize. She also won several international competitions:
"Musique-Espérance" presided by Miguel-Angel Estralla, the interpretation
competition of Avray, Fondation Cziffra... Sensible at the contemporary repertory and the
creation, Claire Louwagie performed at the contemporary music festival in
Brussels, at the MIDEM in Cannes. She is also a charter member of the
"Antipodes" ensemble. Since 1993 she has been teaching at the
Conservatoire National de Région of Dijon and has played as soloist in the
Camerata of Bourgogne and Piccolo Solo of the opera orchestra of Dijon. |
