In 1987 Alexandre LEGER won the first prize from the Orléans CRD - Conservatoire à rayonnement départemental.

Then he was admitted at Paris CNSMD - Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse - in Gérard Fremy's piano class where he won the first chamber music prize and graduated succesfully with the Teaching diploma.

In 1992 he got a studentship for the Austrian Salzburg"Sommerakademie at Mozarteum".

Alexandre Léger performs regularly as a soloist and in chamber music in France and Europe.

At the same time, he is passionate by teaching. Occupant of the CA - Certificat d'aptitude of piano, since 1997 he is a ¨Professor at Rennes CRR - Conservatoire à rayonnement régional.
