Follower of Claudio Arrau, Cyril Huvé has also studied with André Krust and Gÿorgÿ Cziffra. He studied at Paris CNSMD - Conservatoire national Supérieur de Musique et de Danse - and at the same time, he graduated in philosophy in Paris university. Cyril Huvé is regularly invited to play as a soloist in recitals and with such wellknown orchestras such as the Dresde Staatskapelle or the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.. He realised a programm ( les Vieilles Cires) for the french famous musical radio France-Musique, and he founded french musical seasons such as the Rencontres d'Arc-et-Senans, the Rencontres de Cluny and Mi-Temps Classic'. As a pianoforte specialist, he is invited to perform in Europe. He plays and has recorded the Beethoven violin and pianoforte sonatas with Jorja Fleezanis, solo violin at Minnesota Orchestra. He has recorded also all the Liszt Lieder with such famous singers as Ernst Haefliger (Adda - Radio France, CD awarded), the Liszt Paraphrases on Verdi ( BN, Choc du Monde de la Musique Award), the Chopin Ballades and Scherzi (EMI), the Hummel Quintetts, Schubert "la Truite" Quintett (EMI Virgin), Brahms and Ligeti Trio (Naïve) and Schubert-Liszt Chant du Cygne (Adès). He is member of a duo with the comedian Daniel Mesguich with who he recorded a CD "Mélodrames Romantiques" at Editions des Femmes. Cyril Huvé has been Gérard Frémy's assistant professor at Paris CNSMD. He is giving piano and pianoforte masteclasses in Europe. |
